Data protection at a glance

Personal data is information that can identify you. We use data needed to deliver this website and to respond when you contact us. This website does not integrate analytics or advertising services. You can contact the controller below with questions about your data or to exercise your rights.

Website access and hosting

When a page is requested, technical connection data such as the IP address, browser information and the requested resource is transmitted to the server delivering it. This is necessary to provide the requested content and maintain reliable operation. Hosting-related processing serves the secure and efficient provision of the website, where applicable under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Any service provider may process data only for the agreed purpose and in accordance with the controller’s instructions.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies or store tracking identifiers in your browser. It does not integrate Matomo or other visitor analytics, advertising pixels or third-party embeds. Interactive selections are handled within the current page. No cookie consent is requested for services that are not present.

Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us, we process the details you provide, including your name, contact information and request, to respond and handle follow-up questions. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contract-related and pre-contractual inquiries; otherwise the basis is our legitimate interest in handling the request under Article 6(1)(f), or consent under Article 6(1)(a) where obtained. This website has no contact form.

Storage duration

Personal data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose of processing, unless a more specific period or a statutory retention obligation applies. Data from inquiries is deleted when the request has been resolved and no further lawful reason requires retention. A justified deletion request or withdrawal of consent is considered subject to applicable legal obligations.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Please contact us using the details above.

Right to object — Article 21 GDPR

Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation, including related profiling. Processing then stops unless compelling legitimate grounds override your interests, rights and freedoms or it is needed for legal claims. You may object to processing for direct marketing, including related profiling, at any time; data is then no longer used for that purpose.

Access, rectification and erasure

Within the applicable legal provisions, you may obtain information free of charge about stored personal data, its origin, recipients and the purposes of processing. You may request correction of inaccurate data and deletion where the legal requirements are met. Please contact the controller to make a request.

Restriction of processing

You may request restriction while disputed accuracy is checked; where processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction to deletion; where you need data for legal claims although we no longer need it; or while an objection under Article 21(1) is assessed. Apart from storage, restricted data may be processed only with consent, for legal claims, to protect another person’s rights, or for important public-interest reasons provided by law.

Data portability

For data processed automatically on the basis of consent or a contract, you may request a commonly used, machine-readable copy for yourself or another controller. Direct transfer to another controller is available where technically feasible.

Complaints to a supervisory authority

If you believe processing infringes the GDPR, you may complain to a competent supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your usual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. This right exists independently of other administrative or judicial remedies.

Security and encrypted connections

You can recognize an encrypted connection by HTTPS in the address bar. Encryption protects data in transit. Communication over the Internet, particularly email, may nevertheless have security gaps; complete protection against unauthorized access cannot be guaranteed.

Unsolicited advertising

We object to the use of contact details published in our legal notice for unsolicited advertising or information. We reserve the right to take legal action against unsolicited promotional messages.
